Getting Started
Okay, so we like doing things properly. When you decide to have a chat with us, we’ll arrange a meeting where we get to know you and the way your operation is run. If we’re going to be spending hours, weeks (and if the job permits, months) moulding your image, we want to know what we need to present. During this time, we’ll throw some ideas around, get your first thoughts and work towards a direction. This helps us analyse the task ahead, saving time and problems later.
We’ll then go away for a bit and come back to you with a Project Proposal. This is where we set out everything that we’ll be doing over the course of the project.
With that agreed upon, we’ll develop ideas and confirm the way ahead, including appearance, functionality, and, of course, what the site will contain. Part of this process is checking out your competitors and other related tidbits which will help us to ensure that your new site well and truly outdoes everyone else. If you’d like, we can give you access to our online professional project management system, allowing you to follow each step of the way, perusing and commenting on everything we put there throughout the project.
